Shipping & Returns

Here at we pride ourselves in our customer service. If you’re not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online and it is unused you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All you need to do is contact us before you return the items and we will guide you through the returns process.

To ensure a full refund, the item needs to be unused and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.

If you think your item may be defective, please contact us and we will guide you through the Warranty claims process.


What can I return?

All products must be returned in the condition originally received. Products that have been opened, unsealed or used in any manner are not returnable, unless there is a valid warranty issue. All returns are subject to inspection. Credit will not be issued for any products that, in our opinion, have been opened, used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer. We cannot accept returns on any item that has missing parts, hardware or instructions.

We cannot accept returns on any product that has been damaged due to incorrect handling/ use.

Special order and discontinued products are not returnable.


Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer. If you need assistance, please contact us.


Refund and Reimbursement

Once we receive your item, we will process your return as fast as possible. If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we’ll process a refund on your original payment method of payment within 7 working days. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is received otherwise then in accordance with our outlined requirements.


Online Returns in Store

Returns can NOT  be dropped off in-store at Car Parts Stillorgan.


Order tracking 

At Auto Treasure, we use An Post as our courier which allows you to track your order. Our cut off time is 3pm.
